Job summary

APAC Central Inc. is seeking a seasoned construction leader to direct and oversee all phases of major projects across the region.

You will estimate materials, equipment, and manpower, generate competitive bids, and travel to sites to build strong owner relationships. Ideal candidates will have a construction or civil engineering degree and at least three years of hands-on experience, with strong communication and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or equivalent training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring seamless planning, organization, and execution from start to finish.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and manpower required for successful project delivery.
• Utilize advanced bidding software to generate competitive project bids and proposals.
• Travel to prospective sites, assess current conditions, and build relationships with site owners and representatives.
• Develop, submit, and manage bids and quotes, maintaining communication with owners, contractors, and engineers.
• Track project quantities, adjust as necessary, and ensure precision and efficiency.
• Prepare comprehensive estimates, proposals, sealed bids, and subcontracts.
• Generate reports for leadership with project updates and insights.
• Lead, organize, and staff key field positions with regional department heads.
