Michael Page is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support construction projects through documentation, scheduling, and project administration. You will work closely with project leadership on complex, high-profile projects across the region.

Qualifications

• 1-5+ years of project coordination or related experience.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
• Support Project Managers with project administration and reporting.
• Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
• Maintain organized project records and documentation.
• Coordinate communications between internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Assist with procurement tracking, budgeting support, and project closeout activities.
