Job summary

Michael Page seeks an experienced Scheduling Manager to oversee planning and scheduling across multiple construction projects.

This role partners with preconstruction, operations, and field teams to develop and maintain project schedules, drive forecasting, monitor progress, identify schedule risks, and support successful project delivery from planning through completion while ensuring alignment with key milestones and contractual commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction scheduling or project controls experience.
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling principles and construction operations.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
• Ability to interpret schedules, drawings, and contractual milestones.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and scheduling across multiple construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with preconstruction, operations, and field teams.
• Forecast project completion dates and milestone achievement.
• Monitor progress, identify schedule risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare executive-level schedule reports and dashboards.
• Mentor staff on scheduling principles, tools, and best practices.
