Job summary

T&G Constructors is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to lead day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects in Central Florida. You will drive safety, quality, schedule, and subcontractor performance, reporting to the Senior Site Operations Manager or Senior Project Manager.

This hands-on role requires problem-solving under pressure, keeping multiple trades moving toward a common goal, and building strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years progressive commercial construction experience.
• At least 3 years leading field operations or construction teams.
• Experience supervising multiple subcontractors and field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead foreman and craft employees on the project.
• Coordinate between project management, field engineering, estimating, and subs to ensure plan compliance.
• Plan work sequencing, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain safety programs and OSHA records on site.
• Provide weekly project paperwork and daily logs.
