Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of industrial construction PM experience.
• Familiar with OSHA and environmental requirements.
• Detail oriented with strong written and oral communication.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Procore, and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite construction team and oversee project delivery.
• Manage scheduling and coordination across territory.
• Coordinate with client on scope changes and RFIs.
• Review submittals and ensure timely responses with Engineer.
• Lead daily construction meetings and enforce specs.
• Maintain weekly project progress updates and safety standards.
