Wade Trim is seeking an experienced Construction Lead to guide Southern Region operations, collaborating with leaders across regions. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in water and wastewater facilities/utilities, construction engineering and management, a Civil Engineering degree, and a PE license.

Responsibilities include financial oversight, staff mentorship, contract reviews, pricing accountability, client satisfaction, and leading division growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and PE license required.
• Minimum 10 years in water/wastewater facilities/utilities, construction eng., and management.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills across regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance of division and staff planning.
• Mentor project managers and coordinate with Market Segment Lead.
• Review contracts, pricing, and ensure client profitability.
• Lead sales efforts, proposals, presentations, and budgets.
• Identify training and development opportunities within the market segment.
• Maintain a safe working environment and support growth initiatives.
