Wade Trim in Atlanta seeks a Senior SCADA/I&C Professional Engineer to lead SCADA and instrumentation projects for the Water Team. The ideal candidate is a licensed PE with a bachelor’s in engineering and 15+ years of related experience, capable of coordinating with municipal clients and delivering reliable solutions.

A flexible hybrid-remote schedule is available after 30 days, with opportunities for professional growth and mentoring across multiple water resources projects.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineering license required.
• NCEES eligibility preferred.
• 15+ years of related engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCADA and I&C work across the discipline for water and wastewater projects.
• Design, develop, install, and start up SCADA & PLC-based automation systems.
• Manage multiple municipal water/wastewater projects concurrently.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and utility stakeholders.
• Support construction administration including RFIs, submittals, and field changes.
• Provide design reviews for I&C and electrical deliverables.
• Develop SCADA/HMI standards for long-term maintainability.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians on projects.
