Job summary

Southern Recruiting Solutions, Inc. seeks a senior Civil Engineer to lead wastewater project direction in our Greenville office.

You will oversee planning, design, and construction support for water and wastewater systems, coordinating with other disciplines and clients to meet project goals. Ideal candidates hold a BS in Civil Engineering, a PE license, and 10+ years of relevant experience, with strong communication and CAD skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering with PE license and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience preparing site development plans and permitting for large facilities.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Ability to work with other disciplines and construction professionals.
• Strong professional communication and client-relations skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Providing documentation, detailed instructions, drawings, or specifications for fabrication, construction, assembly, modification, or maintenance.
• Identifying underlying principles by breaking down information into parts.
• Developing conceptual layouts and cost studies.
• Analyzing information and evaluating results to select best solutions.
• Reviewing proposals, plans, or designs related to water or wastewater systems.
• Working with discipline lead engineer to identify project scope changes.
• Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, auditing data.
• Evaluating technical data to determine design impact.
• Conduct feasibility studies for water and wastewater facilities.
