Trane Technologies in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a results-driven leader to drive profitable growth and market adoption of Connected Services within the BAS service operations for the TXGC region.

You will support field sales, management, and fulfillment teams to execute strategic growth initiatives, ensure customer value, and report to the TXGC- Connected Services Leader. This role requires travel to customer sites and strong project-management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC or related field experience.
• 3+ years leading large teams and scheduling.
• Proven project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications; Salesforce/Worksight a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean record in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Maintain P&L and provide monthly revenue forecasts with growth focus.
• Control overhead expenses for fleet, uniforms, tools, safety gear.
• Mitigate risk in service agreements and turnkey projects.
• Oversee BAS service coordination, training, and resource balance.
• Develop employees; drive performance with training programs.
• Ensure margins, prompt invoicing, cash flow and process improvements.
• Ensure safety compliance and training for the service team.
• Travel to customer sites as required; manage site conditions.
