Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a regional leader for Connected Services in the TXGC region. You will drive profitable growth, support field sales and fulfillment teams, and implement strategic initiatives to deliver best-in-class customer value.

Reporting to the Connected Services Leader, you will manage P&L, forecast revenue, and grow the BAS service and repairs/installation services through collaboration with the acquisition team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in HVAC or related field.
• 3+ years experience managing and coaching large teams.
• Project management skills to oversee startup projects and customer requests.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications; Salesforce and WorkSight are assets.

Responsibilities

• P&L responsibility and monthly revenue forecasting.
• Drive BAS service growth and coordinate with acquisition team.
• Oversee service coordination, training, and resource balancing.
• Ensure safety, environment, health compliance and risk mitigation.
• Coach and develop BAS service employees and improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Travel to customer sites as required, including variable weather conditions.
