Job summary

P3 Health Partners is seeking a Senior Configuration Leader to guide a team responsible for core administrative system configuration, including EDI, provider data, and CMS reporting. The role emphasizes strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Hybrid schedule with in-office three days per week; salary range $100,000–$135,000 depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in healthcare operations and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal medical benefit adjudication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong computer skills.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, DRG and CMS guidelines.
• Ability to drive performance management.
• Ability to interpret electronic data interchange; preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS EDI file and submission protocols.
• Knowledge of CMS claim reporting: ODAG and Part C.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily/weekly/monthly activities of a team to meet tasks and performance goals.
• Respond configuration escalations.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Manage inventory and performance to business metrics.
• Submit policy and procedure update requests.
• Offer expertise in system configuration and review workflows.
• Support team engagement and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Document and communicate status of system configuration to stakeholders.
• Achieve applicable performance metrics (productivity, quality, TAT, utilization).
• Lead with strategic thinking and develop future-state scenarios for configuration functions.
