Independence Blue Cross, LLC is seeking a Lead Configuration Solutions Analyst to champion end-to-end configuration strategies within Health Rules Payer and Front Office System platforms. You will translate business needs into efficient configuration, collaborate with Operations teams, and drive optimization across projects.

In this hybrid role, you will resolve tickets in ServiceNow, analyze operational data, and guide system releases while maintaining a global view of interfaces with claim,

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• HealthRules Payer experience required.
• Experience in Healthcare required.
• Proven problem solving abilities that allow you to understand root cause, provide impact assessment, and follow through on process improvement to ensure there is no additional exposure for the organization/client
• Inspires and motivates others to support a culture of accountability/execution by setting clear expectations and measuring success though performance which will drive organizational results

Responsabilidades

• Resolve tickets and enhancements in ServiceNow according to SLAs.
• Identify and implement process improvements across operations with business partners.
• Retrieve, analyze, organize, and report data to support decision making and optimization.
• Understand system changes and determine if new processes or configuration are required.
