P3 Health Partners in the United States is seeking a Configuration Manager to lead a team responsible for core administrative system configuration, including EDI transactions, provider data maintenance, and CMS claim reporting. The role emphasizes strategic leadership and process optimization.

You will coach staff, manage performance, collaborate with internal and external partners, and ensure timely delivery of configuration work while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must understand local, state and federal rules for medical benefits adjudication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong computer skills.
• Solid knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, DRG and APC coding and CMS guidelines.
• Ability to drive performance management.
• Ability to interpret electronic data interchange (EDI).
• Knowledge of CMS EDI file and submission protocols.
• Knowledge of CMS claim reporting: ODAG and Part C.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise configuration staff to meet priorities and performance goals.
• Respond to configuration escalations and provide coaching and reviews.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and annual performance reviews.
• Manage inventory and performance to business metrics.
• Submit Policy & Procedure (P&P) update requests.
• Provide system configuration support and review activities.
• Support employee engagement within the team.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on configuration needs.
• Document and communicate configuration status to stakeholders.
• Achieve established productivity, quality, and turnaround targets.
• Apply advanced problem solving and analytical skills to guide configuration teams.
• Understand healthcare industry dynamics and regulatory trends.
• Provide strategic leadership and develop future-state vision for configuration services.
• Demonstrate leadership in configuration best practices and methodologies.
• Execute other tasks assigned by management.
