Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking an Area Social Catering Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across our portfolio of hotels in the region, with emphasis on expanding catering opportunities and maximizing revenue through new business and key client relationships. The role requires active participation in direct sales, account management, and cross-brand collaboration, focusing on serving corporate accounts and local events while maintaining our standards of service and guest

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: prior sales and catering sales experience preferred; detail oriented.
• Physical Requirements: ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Sales/Revenue Maximization: achieve catering, sales room night and revenue goals through business development and account management.
• Cost Control: assist with budgeting and procurement guidelines to maximize profitability.
• Guest Service: ensure catering standards and respond to client needs in a timely manner.
• Technical Acumen: utilize Delphi and sales tools to forecast and report sales data.
• Safety/Risk Management: maintain standards and safe work environment; follow procedures.
• Self/Workload Management: communicate clearly; attend meetings and manage priorities.
