Alliance Technical Group is seeking an Area Compliance Manager to lead environmental compliance and LDAR activities across the North Region, primarily in Delaware City and nearby areas. This role requires about 50% travel and oversight of multiple sites to ensure regulatory compliance and profitability.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and staffing, interact with customers, and drive safety and QA/QC programs. A strong leadership background in chemical environments is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in the chemical or petroleum industry; experience in LDAR field.
• Previous management experience, including experience environmental regulations, budgets, and LDAR program/field auditing.

Aufgaben

• Ensure all assigned customer sites are in compliance and profitable within budget and resources.
• Interact with customer personnel to develop relationships and identify opportunities for new business.
• Conduct Health & Safety audits quarterly at each site; participate in safety meetings as required.
• Ensure compliance with Alliance policies and best practices; hold supervisors accountable for corrective actions.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain understanding of project status, schedules, budgets, and staffing across regions.
• Track attendance and safety participation; promote a safe work culture.
• Prepare project reports and update customers and management on status and profits.
• Track project costs and invoices, address delinquent issues, and enforce contractual terms.
• Assist with staffing, recruitment, and HR processes for new hires.
• Build budgets and explain variances in monthly reports; coordinate with supervisors for MOCs.
