Alliance Technical Group seeks an Area Compliance Manager to oversee LDAR compliance and environmental management across Delaware City area sites. The role involves managing budgets, staffing, and timelines while maintaining client relationships and project profitability.

The position requires 5+ years in chemical/petroleum LDAR with prior supervisory experience. Extensive regulatory knowledge, strong communication, and travel up to 50% are essential. Company benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in chemical or petroleum industry; LDAR field experience.
• Previous management experience, including environmental regulations, budgets, and LDAR audits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all sites are compliant and profitable within budget and staffing constraints.
• Interact with customers to build relationships and identify new business.
• Conduct Health & Safety audits quarterly at each site.
• Enforce Alliance policies and address non-compliance issues proactively.
• Perform QA/QC reviews to meet Alliance scope and standards.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and labor efficiency across sites in the region.
• Maintain attendance tracking and safety participation across teams.
• Prepare project reports and manage customer expectations and margins.
• Monitor costs, invoices, and contractual charges; address past-due issues.
• Assist with staffing, hiring processes, and HR coordination.
• Build annual budgets and explain variances; monitor M21 staffing balances.
• Support audits and regulatory requests; handle customer special requests.
• Fill staffing requisitions and interview candidates; liaise with HR on on-boarding.
• Support forecasted budgets and monthly variances.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
