Alliance Technical Group is seeking a Site LDAR Operations Lead in Big Spring, TX to manage LDAR program activities, lead the site team, and ensure compliance with EPA and local regulations. You will coordinate reporting, QA/QC, and staff onboarding while maintaining data integrity.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, regulatory adherence, and efficient resource deployment to meet schedules and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with LDAR data management programs and basic software.
• Demonstrated leadership to guide a multi-level team.
• Ability to balance safety, quality, productivity, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LDAR operations and prioritize work assignments.
• Lead safety programs, conduct weekly safety meetings and client meetings.
• Generate and distribute operation reports and QA/QC activities.
• Maintain LDAR data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, hire and onboard new staff; ensure training completion.
• Monitor calibration procedures per EPA Method 21.
• Manage site equipment, inventory, and preventive maintenance.
• Control on-site material and supply purchasing.
