Job summary

Alliance Technical Group seeks an Area Compliance Manager to lead LDAR compliance for the North Region, focusing on Delaware City and nearby sites. This role demands strong regulatory knowledge, proven environmental management leadership, and budget accountability.

The selected candidate will conduct safety audits, manage site teams, oversee reporting, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget while driving continuous improvement and client satisfaction. Travel is approximately 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the chemical or petroleum industry with LDAR experience.
• Management experience including environmental regulations, budgets, and LDAR program auditing.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Motor Vehicle Review requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure assigned sites are in compliance, staffing utilized, and profitability aligned with budgets.
• Develop relationships with key customer personnel and identify opportunities for growth.
• Conduct quarterly Health & Safety audits with Site Supervisor at each managed site.
