Job summary

Alliance Technical Group seeks an Area Compliance Manager for West Texas to lead LDAR compliance efforts across multiple sites. You will ensure regulatory adherence, budget stewardship, and profitable project delivery while building strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes Health & Safety audits, QA/QC reviews, and staff oversight to maintain high standards and timely reporting. DOE-based pay with growth potential and rigorous field leadership are key elements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the chemical or petroleum industry, with LDAR field experience.
• Experience managing environmental regulations, budgets, and LDAR program/field auditing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all assigned customer sites are compliant and profitable within budget.
• Develop relationships with key customer personnel and identify opportunities for new business.
• Conduct Health & Safety audits quarterly at each site with Site Supervisor.
• Ensure adherence to Alliance policies; address non-compliance issues proactively.
• Perform QA/QC reviews to verify scope and quality.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and personnel efficiency across sites.
• Track costs and manage invoices per contract terms; address overdue invoices.
• Assist with staffing, HR processes, and onboarding for new hires.
• Support internal, third-party, and regulatory audits as needed.
