Job summary

Heraeus Holding GmbH is seeking a Regional Compliance Expert for the Americas region. You will partner with Compliance Officers, managers and business leaders to implement Heraeus' global compliance framework in North and South America, aligning with local regulations and cultural considerations.

Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, you will act as a trusted advisor, drive a consistent compliance program, and help manage investigations, training and risk assessments across diverse

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in compliance, ethics, investigations, risk management or related discipline.
• Experience in a multinational organization supporting diverse operations.
• Willingness to travel across the Americas region.
• Spanish language proficiency within the role and team context.

Responsibilities

• Advise regional leaders on implementing global compliance requirements and policies across the Americas.
• Support internal investigations and regional risk assessments; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives; conduct on-site trainings as needed.
• Provide regular updates on activities, audit outcomes and risks to the Global Integrity Office and stakeholders.
