Job summary

Brother USA is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Compliance (Americas) to partner with Legal and business stakeholders in advancing the Americas compliance program. The role focuses on governance, program management, monitoring, and remediation across the Americas, including policy updates and reporting.

You will develop metrics, dashboards, and training initiatives to support a culture of integrity and accountability while shaping the long-term compliance roadmap for the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
• 8+ years in compliance, risk, governance, audit, or related area.
• Experience supporting and enhancing corporate compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance framework development and program coordination across the Americas.
• Oversee compliance activities in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
• Monitor regulatory developments and update policies and procedures as needed.
• Track remediation efforts and program performance against metrics.
• Deliver compliance training and awareness campaigns.
