Job summary

Waste Pro is seeking a Regional Compactor Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and maintenance on high-activity compactors. The role includes preventive inspections, diagnostics, and repair of electrical and hydraulic systems, with potential travel to customer sites within the region.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED (or 4 years of related maintenance experience) and a valid driver’s license, with preferred certifications in mechanical trades or diagnostics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year of related equipment maintenance and repair, or 4 years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel to customer locations within region.

Responsibilities

• The technician performs repairs and maintenance on compactors.
• Conducts preventive maintenance inspections, diagnostics and repairs of electrical and hydraulic systems on compactors.
• Potentially travels to customer locations within the region to perform repairs.
