Job summary

All American Waste, LLC is seeking a motivated Compactor Technician to install, fabricate, and service industrial waste compactors and containers. This role blends shop work with field projects, requiring welding, basic electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting, and on-site fabrication.

You will diagnose issues on 3-phase motors, perform preventative maintenance, and document parts usage and repair times. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and communicates well with customers while

Qualifications

• E-2 electrician with general electrical repair experience.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Basic hauling theory.
• Gritty, outgoing, and eager to learn.
• Environment is fast-paced; proactive, hardworking, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Install/fabricate industrial waste compactors and containers.
• Diagnose and repair electrical/hydraulic issues on 3-phase compactor motors.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections in the field.
• Estimate times and material costs for repairs and parts.
• Complete required paperwork documenting parts usage and repair times.
• Assist senior technician on projects and maintain a safe work area.
