Job summary

Impact Environmental Group is seeking a hands-on Compactor Technician to maintain and repair compactors and balers across facilities. You will diagnose electrical and hydraulic issues, perform welding and shop work, and manage time to meet deadlines while following safety protocols.

The role requires heavy lifting, on-call nights/weekends, and strong problem-solving abilities. Training will be provided for electrical tasks, with focus on reliability and customer service.
