Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Community Manager-In-Training to learn and lead operations across multiple communities. You will assist the Community Manager, supervise residents, and support in financial performance and safety decisions under supervision.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, recruitment support, and maintaining positive community environments while building relationships with local governments and vendors.

Qualifications

• A valid in-state driver’s license is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Property management or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and provide support for all assigned communities while developing an understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Manage marketing and advertising plans, conduct market surveys and oversee sales/leasing of all community inventory to maximize occupancy.
• Aid in rent collections efforts across assigned communities including evictions, utility cut-offs and non-compliance notices.
