Job summary

YES! Communities is seeking a Community Manager-In-Training to learn and oversee operations across multiple manufactured housing communities in your region.

You will support rent collection, leasing activity, and team development under the guidance of the Regional Manager. You will travel to assigned communities, implement marketing plans, resolve resident concerns, and help ensure safety, compliance, and budget controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Property management or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must obtain or transfer state-specific licensing within 90 days where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and provide support for all assigned communities while learning company policies and procedures.
• Assist marketing and advertising plans, conduct market surveys and oversee sales/leasing to maximize occupancy.
• Support rent collections and assist with evictions, utility cut offs, and non-compliance notices.
• Resolve resident communications and concerns in a professional manner.
• Provide hands-on leadership and management support to all team members.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and development of team members as needed.
• Create and maintain a positive community environment including events.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with cities and counties.
• Contribute to safety, asset protection, and budget adherence.
