Job summary

YES Communities seeks a Community Manager-In-Training to learn to lead and manage operations across multiple communities under the Regional Manager. You will assist in rent collection, marketing, leasing, and team development while serving residents and upholding safety standards.

You will travel between sites, support recruitment and training, and help build strong relationships with city and county partners.

Qualifications

• In-state driver’s license required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Property management or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Travel to and support all assigned communities while understanding company policies and procedures
• Manage marketing and advertising plans, conduct market surveys and oversee sales/leasing to maximize occupancy
• Assist rent collections including evictions, utilities cut offs and non-compliance notices
• Professionally resolve resident communications and concerns
• Provide hands-on leadership and management support to all team members
• Assist with recruitment, training, and development of team members
• Create and maintain a positive community environment including resident activities and regional events
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with cities, municipalities, and counties
• Create and ensure a safe work environment
• Protect and maintain company assets and budgets through regular audits
• Build vendor relationships to ensure policy compliance and NetVendor registration
• Attend all company meetings, trainings, and conferences; perform additional duties as assigned
