Job summary

YES Communities is hiring a Community Manager-In-Training to support regional operations across multiple communities. You will learn to oversee rent collection, marketing plans, vendor relations, and team development under guidance from the Regional Manager.

You will gain hands-on leadership experience, manage community safety and budgets, and build relationships with cities and municipalities while ensuring excellent resident satisfaction and occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Property management or equivalent experience preferred.
• Valid in-state driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to lead and manage operations across multiple communities.
• Assist in rent collection, marketing plans, and occupancy efforts.
• Support Community Manager and provide resident relations and issue resolution.
