Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Higher education preferred.
• 7+ years in retail operations and sales management.
• 3+ years in a related role (e.g., branch management).
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in specialized banking functions (sales, audit, training).
• Previous management experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze facts, define problems, and propose solutions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead lending, deposits and non-interest income growth across assigned branches.
• Coach sales efforts and manage operational risk.
• Provide leadership and development to branch teams to achieve goals and improvements.
• Maintain strong client relationships and expand new client households.
• Collaborate with branch leadership on staffing, performance reviews and hiring.
