Job summary

Avolta is seeking a Planner in New Jersey to drive sales, margin, and demand through data-driven planning and tactical decision-making. You will forecast demand, manage assortments, and align capital investments with business goals to foster sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a program related to the functional area; counts for 3 of the 6 year requirement
• 6+ years retail planning experience; leadership preferred for 2+ years of supervision
• Experience implementing and using an OTB system for sales forecasting

Responsibilities

• Analyzes weekly and monthly sales, margin, and demand across categories and locations
• Develops and maintains sales and financial forecasts aligned with budgets
• Builds demand forecasts and supports replenishment planning
• Manages product assortments and alignment with working capital targets
• Partners with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and execution
