Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC is seeking a Regional Insurance Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities through inside and outside sales, networking, and leadership in marketing initiatives. The role emphasizes relationship-building with clients, associations, and referral sources across designated regions.

The position requires 3+ years in business development, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), and willingness to travel; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

3+ years Business Development experience preferred.
Must be able to attend networking functions 2-4 evenings a week.
Experience inputting and tracking sales-related data into a CRM system.
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
An outgoing, driven, tenacious, team-oriented attitude is a must!
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related preferred.

Responsibilities

Business Development — identify and nurture new relationships to increase referral opportunities.
Marketing — plan association involvement, participate in tradeshows, golf tournaments and promotional events.
General Responsibilities — maintain BluSky services knowledge, provide excellent customer service, meet assigned KPIs.
Travel — occasional travel; some out-of-area and overnight travel may be required.
