The role offers a base salary of $60,000–$95,000 plus commission (OTE) of $50,000–$160,000, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales experience required, ideally in restoration.
• Must attend networking events in evenings/weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience inputting sales activities into a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and expand existing relationships to increase leads and average job size.
• Locate, present to, and sell BluSky to new prospects.
• Document business development activities using Salesforce.
