Securitas Technology Corporation in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager Core Commercial to lead a sales team and drive regional objectives within designated metros and branches. The role demands strategic planning, staffing, budgeting and strong client relations.

The successful candidate will forecast sales, set quotas, coach representatives, and collaborate across functions to meet or exceed regional targets. A robust background in security solutions sales is preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years' sales or marketing management experience.
• Proven track record in selling commercial electronic security solutions.
• Strong project and people management skills.
• PC proficiency with spreadsheets and presentations.
• BS/BA in Marketing or Business or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline regional district staff to meet objectives.
• Forecast regional sales, develop budgets, and monitor variances.
• Create and manage district sales plans and quotas.
• Expand customer base and maintain key customer relationships.
• Identify new product opportunities and track competitors.
• Implement trade promotions and monitor results.
• Update knowledge through education and professional networks.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
• Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
