Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of sales/commercial experience in pharma/healthcare or related fields.
• 5+ years of leadership/people management experience.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.

• Provide regional leadership for the Epithelial Biologics Franchise Advanced Specialty Care Team.
• Lead a large organization of District Sales Managers and sales reps.
• Drive high-performance culture and business results across Pulmonology, Allergy, Otolaryngology.
• Build trusted relationships with key customers and advocates to influence patient care and business outcomes.
• Accelerate growth in SUA indication and CRSwNP, and prepare for future Gastroenterology launches.
