Job summary

AstraZeneca is seeking a Commercial Business Director for the Epithelial Biologics Franchise within Advanced Specialty Care. You will lead a broad geographic region, directing district sales managers and field teams to maximize performance across Pulmonology, Allergy, Otolaryngology, and Gastroenterology.

In this senior role you will deploy strategic plans, leverage data to prioritize key accounts, and drive growth while developing your leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 8+ years of demonstrated sales or commercial experience in pharma/healthcare.
• 5+ years of leadership and people management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead district sales managers and their sales representatives across a broad geography.
• Drive performance in the SUA indication and accelerate CRSwNP growth.
• Own account planning, prioritizing high-value accounts and budgets.
• Coach and model leadership capabilities, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to influence patient care and market access.
• Prepare the organization for a potential future launch within Gastroenterology.
