Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Regional Collections Associate to manage a regional portfolio of accounts, drive down days revenue outstanding, and minimize bad debt.

You will coordinate with Operations Leadership, Rental Leadership, and Sales to address billing disputes and ensure timely collections. You will analyze customer data, negotiate terms, and provide regular updates to senior leadership while supporting process improvements in collections and AR activities.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in business, accounting, financial or related field.
• 1+ year in commercial collections preferred.
• MS Office Suite experience required.

Responsibilities

• Contacts customers to solicit payment and negotiate cessation of services.
• Analyzes disputes and deductions to resolve amounts due.
• Provides receivables updates to leadership through calls and reports.
• Participates in projects related to Collections, AR, Billing.
