Superior Auto and SAC Finance seeks a Regional Collections Manager to oversee a wide network of dealerships across Eastern Ohio. You will travel regularly to coach General Managers and Account Representatives, driving improved collections performance and customer engagement.

Automotive experience is not required. The role offers a company vehicle, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and growth across multiple locations with increasing scope and responsibility.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in managing teams or departments.
• Experience in collections, consumer finance, banking, credit, or related fields.
• Proven ability to coach and improve performance across locations.

Responsabilités

• Manage collections performance across an assigned territory of dealerships.
• Travel to dealerships regularly to coach General Managers and Account Representatives.
• Work directly with customers while supporting collections efforts of dealership teams.
• Provide hands-on collections training for Account Representatives with General Managers.
• Coach teams on customer conversations, payment arrangements, follow-up, documentation, and account management.
• Guide payment plan and repossession recommendations using sound business judgment.
• Develop action plans for off-track locations and follow up until performance improves.
• Reinforce company policies, compliance expectations, and accountability across territory.
