Job summary

Alexander Daniels Global Ltd. is seeking a CMM Field Service Technician to support customers across Ohio and Indiana, focusing on Cincinnati and Dayton.

You will install, calibrate, certify, troubleshoot, and service CMMs and gauging systems in regulated industries, delivering high-quality technical support with a customer-first approach. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, the ability to interpret drawings, and independence in field service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent hands-on field service experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• ITAR data access eligibility per U.S. export control regulations.
• Knowledge of GD&T and ISO/IEC 17025 quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, certify, and service CMMs and gauging systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and system issues.
• Interpret drawings and schematics to diagnose problems.
• Provide on-site and remote customer support across Ohio/Indiana.
• Coordinate travel with overnight stays within the territory.
• Participate in trade shows and customer events as required.
