STV Pennsylvania is seeking a Regional CM&I Manager for Central and Western PA to lead and grow the highway, bridge, and rail CM&I practice. The role requires strong field experience, client relationship skills with PennDOT and other agencies, and leadership of resident engineers and inspectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering or construction management.
• Minimum 10 years of project/construction management experience on transportation projects.
• Field experience on bridges, highways, and rail projects.
• Licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania.
• Experience with business development and cost proposals.
• Strong written and oral communication and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Overall management and growth of central and western PA CM&I practice.
• Develop technical and cost proposals.
• Lead a team of resident engineers, inspectors, and on-site staff.
• Promote safety culture and guide field teams.
• Participate in executive-level client meetings.
• Ensure document control and communication protocols.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for performance and risk.
• Forecast staffing to support construction oversight.
