Job summary

RK&K is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee Construction Inspection (CI) teams on major highway and bridge projects across Harrisburg, Allentown, and Scranton regions. You will lead CI staff, manage client agreements, and drive regional growth while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires a minimum of 6 years in CI/CM, 4+ years in leadership, PennDOT project experience, and strong communication. Travel throughout the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction inspection or construction management on heavy highway and bridge projects.
• At least 4 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Experience with PennDOT and/or the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the region as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional growth through client relationship development and market expansion.
• Support business development through client engagement and proposals.
• Coordinate with leadership on strategic initiatives and project pursuits.
• Manage inspection consultant agreements, budgets, and modifications.
• Lead and mentor multiple construction inspection teams in the region.
