STV Incorporated in Pennsylvania is seeking a Regional CM&I Manager for Central and Western PA to lead and grow our highway, bridge, and rail CM&I practice.

Candidates should have a PE in PA, 10+ years in transportation construction management, and proven business development skills; experience with PennDOT, PA Turnpike, and multiple agencies is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, structural engineering or construction management.
• Minimum 10 years of project/construction management experience on transportation projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.
• Experience with business development and preparing technical and cost proposals.
• Proficiency with PennDOT PPCC, Kahua, CapEx, FACS, Site Manager, Buzzsaw.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Overall management and growth of central and western PA CM&I practice.
• Develop technical and cost proposals.
• Lead a team of resident engineers, construction inspectors, and on-site staff.

This individual should be well-versed in bridge and highway construction practices, with transit and rail experience, and/or water/wastewater experience as a plus. The candidate for this position should have experience working on projects across multiple public agencies, including the various PennDOT Districts and Central Office Bureaus including the Bureau of Public Transportation (BPT), as well as the PA Turnpike Commission, City Agencies in Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, Erie, etc., County agencies across Central and/or Western PA. This individual must also have business relationships with these agencies, be experienced with business development, oral presentations, and preparing technical and cost proposals.
