• Regional clinical oversight and KPI review.
• Operationalize regional education and quality initiatives.
• Identify and train mentors, preceptors, and clinical support personnel.
• Implement defined clinical standards and protocols for consistent service delivery.
• Support CNIM preparation through tracking, accountability, remediation, and instruction.
• Provide advanced training procedures in the operating room.
• Direct clinical support and case coverage as needed.
• Mentor trainee technologists and oversee onboarding.
• Serve as primary regional clinical coverage when required.
