Job summary

Neuromonitoring Associates seeks a Clinical Development Lead to oversee regional training programs, mentor technologists, and guide clinical best practices in intraoperative monitoring. You will support CNIM preparation, establish regional standards, and collaborate with Clinical Managers to ensure high-quality service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences, CNIM credentials, and at least five years of IONM experience with leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or related discipline is required.
• CNIM or related neurophysiology credentials are required or preferred.
• 5 years of clinical IONM/neurophysiology experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional training programs (basic, CNIM, and advanced).
• Mentor technologists and support mentors across regions.
• Support CNIM exam preparation through tracking, remediation, and coaching.
• Provide advanced training procedures in the operating room.
• Serve as primary clinical coverage when needed within the base region.
• Participate in trainee interviews and onboarding processes.
