Job summary

Neuromonitoring Associates Llc is seeking a Clinical Team Lead to support the Clinical Operations team. The role oversees a subset of accounts and Neurotechnologists, acting as a liaison between NTs and the Clinical Manager to enhance service and engagement.

The successful candidate will be CNIM certified, possess a biology background, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and leadership capabilities. Travel and weekend coverage are required as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite programs.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill all functions of the Neurotechnologist role.
• Educate and train NTs within the region.
• Provide support to NTs in the operating room.
• Collaborate with management to communicate policies to NTs and relay concerns.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key account personnel.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Implement customer service programs within assigned accounts.
• Participate in weekend/PM call rotation.
• Assist in maintaining team credentials and identify credentialing needs.
• Assign case coverage within the team as needed.
• Travel as required.
