Job summary

Neuromonitoring Associates is seeking a Clinical Development Lead to oversee regional training programs, mentor technologists, and drive consistent IONM practices. You will support CNIM preparation, align clinical standards, and collaborate with leadership to enhance service delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, CNIM or related credentials, and at least 5 years in clinical IONM with leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or related field.
• CNIM certification or equivalent neurophysiology credential.
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in IONM or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional training programs and mentor technologists.
• Collaborate with Clinical Managers to support staff development.
• Review KPIs and ensure clinical excellence across markets.
• Provide direct clinical support and case coverage as needed.
