Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years' experience required working in clinical, healthcare, office/auditing, or higher education setting.
• Prior experience in clinical coordination, healthcare administration, higher education operations, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student clinical placements in accordance with established timelines to ensure preparedness for clinical coursework.
• Maintain accurate placement records to ensure experiences fulfill required hours within timelines and procedures.
• Evaluate placement capacity and assign students based on program/site requirements.
• Provide guidance to students regarding clinical requirements, timelines, and progression.
• Prioritize placement issues based on program needs, risk, and stakeholder impact.
• Follow site protocols when requesting and assigning student placements.
• Assess challenges and escalate complex issues to leadership as needed.
• Support student compliance processes to ensure completion by deadlines and prior to participation.
• Track, verify, and maintain compliance documentation in line with requirements.
• Communicate compliance expectations, deadlines, and status updates to students and faculty.
