Job summary

Herzing University is seeking a Clinical Placement & Compliance Coordinator to manage student clinical placements and compliance across the Florida region. The role reports to the Director of Clinical Placement & Compliance and coordinates with students, faculty, clinical partners, and internal teams to ensure timely placement and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years' experience in clinical, healthcare, office/auditing, or higher education setting preferred.
• Familiarity with clinical education environments, regulatory requirements, or accreditation standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student clinical placements to meet program timelines and required hours.
• Maintain placement records and ensure compliance with university procedures.
• Communicate with students, faculty, and partners to support timely placement and compliance.
• Track and escalate complex placement issues to leadership as needed.
• Support compliance processes and maintain documentation for regulatory and site requirements.
• Assist in crossfunctional initiatives supporting clinical placement and compliance operations.
