USA Vein Clinics in Northbrook, IL seeks a Regional Clinical Manager to support 15+ clinics nationwide from our corporate headquarters. You will report to the SVP of Operations and oversee clinical staff reports, inventory, and patient flow.

The role requires strong scheduling, staffing oversight, and experience managing clinics across multiple states. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Excel is essential, along with excellent communication and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years overseeing staffing and scheduling in medical/dental offices.
• 1+ year of management experience.
• Experience managing clinics in multiple states.
• Strong computer skills, Microsoft 365 and Excel.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily staff attendance and timeliness of patient care.
• Monitor staff scheduling and adjust to meet staffing needs.
• Track inventory status and manage supply requests.
• Assist with new hire training and onboarding (30, 60, 90 days).
• Collaborate with department managers to keep clinics running smoothly.
• Serve as point of contact for clinical staff regarding questions, scheduling requests, PTO, etc.
• Oversee and track productivity reports.
• Additional duties as assigned.
