BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an experienced regional clinical operations leader to drive study delivery and ensure inspection readiness. You will lead the regional team, manage external vendors, and coordinate with stakeholders to align regional goals with global study timelines.

The role requires 4+ years in clinical research (biotech, pharma, CRO) and preferred CRA experience, with travel as needed. Bachelor’s in a scientific/healthcare field is required; higher degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in clinical research within biotech, pharma or CRO industry.
• Experience leading regional clinical operations teams.
• Experience as CRA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the regional clinical operations team effectively and oversees external partners.
• Ensures alignment of regional deliverables with study goals and timelines.
• Manages feasibility, start-up, recruitment, regulatory submissions, and TMF in the region.
