Job summary

BeOne is seeking an experienced Regional Clinical Operations Leader to oversee regional study delivery, budgets, and inspection readiness across assigned countries. You will coordinate with external partners, a cross-functional CST, and senior management to ensure milestones are met.

You will lead regional study start-up, feasibility, country allocation, site selection, data management, and QA activities, driving quality and timely execution in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in clinical research within biotech, pharma or CRO.
• Proven experience as a team lead in clinical functions.
• Experience as CRA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional clinical operations team and oversight of external partners.
• Ensure regional study timelines, feasibility, country allocation and site selection.
• Ensure inspection readiness and audit responses.
• Collaborate with CST and senior management; provide regular progress updates.
